I have paid Rs.1,800/- on 03.03.2012 for Broad band service and service personnel assured me that installation of internet service will be done within 4-5 days but even after 15 days there was no trace of any installation personnel.

After 17 days a person came and done installation [only cable service] and said within 24 hours I will get password to access their internet service but till date even after 10 days of assurance there is no trace of any such passwords.

Later I came to know that they have cheated several persons like this before.

I am a retired person and I have paid money out of my pension in spite I have been cheated.

I have electronic receipt for making payment.

They have sent several mails to convince me to say it will done shortly but that day has not come.

Now I have availed services of Airtel and I am not in need of Tikona Broad band connection.

I request higher authorities from here to take sternest action against these cheats as they have cheated hundreds of people and I have all the documents to prove that I have made payment.

Awaiting for an early reply about refund of my hard earned money.
