I've raised a request to disconnect my internet connection on 24th may 2015 & they did.
But they generated & sent a bill on 31st may 2015.
I called them & they replied you didn't receive our call it means that you are satisfied with our services.
Customer representative were also non-cooperative, Initially they said there is no extra amount you have to pay if you don't disconnect connection & just put it on hold,
On 31st may 2015, they said it'll cost you 3 rs/day because you put your connection hold.

Why are you guys responding so slow. Please resolve this issue ASAP. I really do not want another such calls.
