I have a Tikona connection, user ID 1108098130. The internet services are either not available or at a VERY POOR speed since 05 oct. I have been complaining at the Tikona customer care since 05 October, Almost everyday. In past 4 days, I have called up on a daily basis to complain about the same. I have requested, scolded, screamed, done every possible effort for the resolution of this issue. The moment I talk to an executive, they first say, give us 24 hours to resolve the issue. within 10 minutes, i start getting a good speed and after ard 30 mins again it becomes poor. This is the situation since 5 october and i am TIRED and FRUSTRATED of calling them again n again. Sometimes the hold time and the overall call duration even lasts for 45 minutes.
I am not being provided a resolution for the issue after repeated reminders. They say you will receive a call back within 2 hrs or 10 mins. Which i dont. Since last 3 days, they have been telling me that something is wrong with the roof-top device, but they havent cared to send a technical engineer onsite to check whats really wrong with it.
On calling up the customer care and complaining about the same, there is Mr Anil who blatantly says "Maam abhi toh speed aa rahi hai na". F.i. today i was on and off the calls at the customer care since ard 9:45pm till ard 12:55 am. Comeon, is this professionalism? And i again, i know the next day i will have to call up again at the customer care, complaining about the same.
Everyday i have been using www.speedtest.net for testing the network speed. Today after 7 days i was told that you dont have to use this website, use www.speedtest.tikona.in. This webpage didnt open. The executive wasnt even aware that it is supposed to be http://speedtest.in and even argued about it. BRAVO! I only have the logs from speedtest.net. I am attaching the same. Please note the time-stamps(Please note in GMT) and tikona can even match them with my call timings.
They are not providing decent service and Along with that they think they are ethically correct on arguing about it.
I am unable to stay connected with my husband who is in MID-SEA.
I am unable to do any office work at home.
I am unable to study online.
I HAVE TO call up at the customer care for a follow-up (without any resolution)
I have to bear the call expenses also which are incurred while i am calling tikona care everyday.
I am LITERALLY BEING HARRESSED EMOTIONALLY, PROFESSIONALLY and FINANCIALLY.
Please HELP!!
TIKONA.. Please tell me for how many more days do i need to call up at your customer care.
