Dear Sir,
I have bought a Blackberry pearl 8220 phone on November 2009 from Univercel. In the month of February, the blueooth stopped working and when i try to enable the same, it would not do so....So i gave my phone to unviercel who inturn gave it to Redington for Service.
The Phone is still under warranty and the same document has been produced while giving for a service. On 3-Apr-10 I got a call from Univercel stating that Redington will be charging to fix the problem and they said that the warranty does not cover for fixing the bluetooth. Now, I would really like to know why should I pay for something whcih broke by itself. Blackberry Forum website states, this as a Chipset problem, In this case should I pay for redington if there is a problem in thier chipset and how it does not come under warranty really dazzles me. I request you to look into this
I support this complaint.
