I feel sad to bring to your attention my disappointment with Blackberry
customer service. My name is Naveen and I am
working Gurgaon, India. I would like to
bring to your notice that I, as a consumer of your Blackberry handset
feels really dissatisfied with the quality of the handset as well as the
service centers behavior in gurgaon India.

I am using Blackberry curve 8520, 35********23210
and PIN # 2253BC1F. I m facing no light in key pad
I took the handset to your "Sikanderpur Redington India service
centre on 11th Apr,2012
where I was told that this is a hardware issue and it needs to be sent
to Bangalore, India for repair. I was not informed about the inspection
charge and I was been told that phone will comeback repaired within
7days since it was under warranty period. I call to service centre for my handset status they
says that it come back without repair , they give me reason that some water found in your handset , my phone never gone in water , I m using this phone very safe,


. I was so shocked with the idea because when
Blackberry sold me the handset they promised the warranty for one year,
even if the phone was unrepairable under warranty, how can they ask me
to approach a local centre?



I understand that it will be company's policy because of which my phone
was not repaired but I refuse to accept their reason because I never
mishandled/abused my handset. I bought it out of my hard earned money
Blackberry is considered as the best quality product provider with
amazing customer services but I strongly disagree with that. When its
about selling the product you promise best quality phone and services
and when the customer suffers, nobody entertains. I am sorry but I have
been a Nokia user since 10 years and I never faced such issues. I will
appreciate if some action is taken against such service centres who
mislead people by giving wrong information/reasons. Also, I want to know
the reason behind the phone defect, I want the phone to be repaired free
of cost.

Will appreciate a response on my email at your earliest else I will not
be left with any other option but to take a strict action against the
company taking help from consumer court because there are hundreds of
people using Blackberry and I do not want more people to suffer the
disrespect and disappointment like me.
