I gave my mobile for repair in the redington service centre(motorola) which is in Egmore opposite to Ethiraj college. Its been 3 months now from the day i gave for repair,but still they havnt repaired my mobile. If we make a call to Enquire about the status of our mobile, calls are not be picked, even if it is, false commitments are given. When we go as a person they just ignore us. Really the Worst customer service i have seen and the Manager over there is really Lazy and hope he is really unfit for the post.I wonder How come the Man over there was recruited as a Manager, he is really lazy, annoying the customers, He doesnt know how to Run a smooth Service Centre,He is not fit at all.The service is absolutely Ridiculous. I wonder how come such a huge company having such lazy Manager and engineers who are working there. To be Honest Redington Provides Worst service and committing false promises to the customers which is leading to the unhappy customers and inturn motorola looses its customers day by day. We have to Sue this Redington for Providing such Pathetic Customer service.Not only me, each and everybody who comes there are asking to return their mobile bcoz of the Wonderfull customer service...Plz Take necessary action against the Whole Team Which is Working there in the Egmore Redington Unit or Else it Will Be taken to Court.....Customers of Motorola are Poorly getting Hit by this Worst Customer Service.
