Dear Sir/ma'am,
I'm a Blackberry customer, and my phone had a slight internal speaker problem. it is well within warranty. I gave it for repairs on the 9th of Sept.2010, and was told that i will get it in 7 days. Its been over 3 weeks and every week I'm told that i will get it next week.
I'm loosing a lot of business due to this. I have clients in abroad, who work with me through emails.. 3 weeks is a long time for any business to suffer.
Another addition to this is that i called up on Friday (24th sept.2010) They told me that the courier will be dispatched from Bangalore on sat and i will get my phone on Monday-Tues. i called up on Monday and they said they haven't received the courier. i called them up again today (tues -28th sept.2010) and was told that they haven't received the courier.
Then a friend of mine called up , and upon sternly inquiring , he was told that the courier "hasn't been dispatched" and i should check on Fri or NEXT MONDAY (4th oct.2010)
Its a task to get through to their no. and once you do they just give you an excuse and hang up.
How many times and till what extent will they keep lying? Is there no value for your time and mine? everyday i have to call up in hope that i will get my phone today.
It was a really small problem and it has taken over "3 weeks"
I'm really disappointed in your service.

Kindly look into the matter and see to it that i get my phone soon.

I support this complaint. Its a shame not to get a concrete answer from such a well known worldwide company Blackberry. Absolute poor customer service!! Highly disappointing..

I have also submitted my Blackberry storm to the same service center and i am facing the same problem. It has been 23 day till today. I am so frustrated. They took it under warranty, then said it was consumer abuse, then said it had been repaired and dispatched, now they say it is not repaired but at the service center, the service center says they haven't yet received it...... i would love to contact blackberry and report on how their service partner redington is treating us & the treatment the customer gets at their okhla service center
