I am Nimesh Gupta from New Delhi, India. i bought a Blackberry phone model 8520 from a dealer in New Delhi on 7th Feb 2010 but after around three months the touchpad of my phone stopped working. As a result Iwas facing a lot of problems in using that device. So i contacted on the customer care and they told me to take the phone to the service centre in Okhla, Delhi. I deposited my phone there on 19th May 2010 and they assured me that I\'ll get my phone back in around 10-12 days. On 29th May 2010, i made a all to the office to inquire about my phone but they said that they have not received it till now. After that i made repeated calls to that center but every time they asked for some more time. On 6th June 2010, they asked me to come and collect the phone but when i reahed there they said they have not raceived it till now. Now everytime I call there, they make excuses and ask for some more time. It has been almost a month now that i m suffering. I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful for me.
