It is with great regret that I report my disappointment on the performance of my BlackBerry Pearl Flip 8230, that was purchased on the 8th of August 2010. In the past 10months it has crashed 4 times and had to be replaced. The last time it was replaced was in April '11. And after receiving a new handset as replacement, the phone has crashed yet again today(15/7/2011) I am extremely disappointed!
I had requested the BB support for an exchange of the model but I was told that it is not possible and only the same model will be replaced as long as the warranty was on. After which I would have to pay for every such replacement if the instrument gets faulty.
I am almost at the end of the 1yr warranty and do not have the confidence in the functioning of this redundant model.
I hereby urge that a solution be provided by blackberry for such poor instruments as the likes of 'BlackBerry Pearl Flip 8230'
I request that my hand set be replaced with a better model so that I do not have to face such problems in future.
