I had purchased a blackberry bold 9000 (IMEI 980041.00.009075.1) in Sep 2009. It developed a problem with its screen which is why I gave it for repair at the Redington Services center in Andheri, Mumbai on Apr 16, 2010.
The service center people told me that they would have to send the phone for Bangalore to repair and have given me a standby replacement phone.
It has been a month and I have absolutely no clue what is happening to the phone. The call center number is not reachable ( it either says engaged or says its executive are busy on other calls). The Redington service center number is also busy or unanswerable.
I am extremely frustrated by this whole episode. Redington/Blackberry has to tell me what is happening with my phone and replace it/fix it at the earliest.
