Nov 2009 I have purchased BlackBerry Model 9530 from Axis New BEL Road. Imeino is a000000db215c7 and replace IMEINO-2********311670983. I was very happy with blackberry messaging service (thanks to both airtel and Blackberry). After couple of months I noticed that talking over black berry is not that good. Found that voice quality is bad and frequently line getting disconnected. Signal strength is week.
In the month of march I gave the mobile for service and they have replaced the phone after 2 or 3 weeks (hopefully with new phone). Even after that I found the instrument quality is equally bad. This time I tried to put the sim in other phones (I have another LG instrument) and noticed that reception is 10 times better and I was able to talk comfortably (that shows signal in is good and problem is with instrument, ). Again I took the mobile to Redington and they have asked me whether i have taken the back up. I returned and again went back by end of Sept and delivered the unit for service. They have returned the unit on 12th OCT (may be after two weeks). But the instrument working has not improved. I am not sure What exactly they have tested/repaired. In another month Warranty of my instrument will be over.
One thing I have noticed is that the way I use to talk earlier is changed (thanks to Blackberry). Because of bad reception, I started talking loudly. Most of my business calls are lengthy and due to frequent disconnection my land line bill is going up.
I am scared to go to service center, as I need again 1/2 X 2 days giving and collection and I am not sure whether they will give good unit back.
Please help me how to address this problem.
best regards
Syam
