I had bought blackberry 9100 in mid January. had some issues in it. submitted to redington and got DOA certificate in return.
I submitted my defected handset with DOA certificate to the retailer on 7th feb 2011. But haven't received the replacement handset till now. Its been over a week now. Every time i visit the shop owner says that it will come today or tomorrow. Whenever i visit the store the owner is not available. From couple of days he is avoiding my phone call.
Please help me out.

People buy branded products because of their product and services. If i new something like this would happen to me. I would have never ever bought blackberry handset in my life.

I have purched the blackberry tourch 9810 only 30000/-.I facing the problem that touch & track pad not working properly.I visited the service centre.service centre issue the Doa certificate .but now distibuter says me replacement time limit is 20-25days.its very bed service.plz don't purches the BB mobile.
