I purchased a Bold9000 on 27/3/2010 @vodafone store J98/7/25 BMS plaza, Opp Oriental Bank,Madhapur Hyderabad 500033 with invoice 000017.
I am currently facing issue with the track ball as it has just stopped working went to the vodafone store today and they advised me to go to punjaguta vodafone store. I feel this is run around and waste of my time.
Please have this handset changed ASAP or else would have to legally take this forward.
I bought this handset for 24563/- with the enterprise benefit.
You could please exchange my handset.

Today Vodafone Subhash from Punjaguta store called me and said he cannot help us and we would have to send the handset for repair to bangalore. Since my enterprise emails are activated thus i cannot be wihtout a handset for 15 days.Why cannot i demand for a replacement rather repair?
Why do we not get a stand by handset for 15 days if they want to send this for repair?
I am demanding an exchange for the Handset.
