Namaste,
I was asked to provide my PNR number, phone number, email stating regular checks; but it in turn was used for false fake feedback by the cleaniliness/catering department on 17319 Hubli Secunderabad express. This happened just when train departed Hubli. Even I was forced to provide the code sent to my phone stating I will get a chance to write the feedback. But the person made a fool of lot of people and added fake feedbacks (may be 10/10).
Is this the way SWR treats it's passengers for feedbacks? Such a shame.
This requires strict action.
