Complaint by: Mohan on April 29, 2010, 9:28 am in Indian Railways

I want to bring to your attention about some unhealthy practice followed in railways. Most of the unreserved passengers are boarding reserved coaches especially for 2nd class sitting in Brindavan Express which every commutes between Chennai and Bangalore and vice versa. The TTE should ensure that the unreserved passengers should not board the reserved coaches as this creates a lot of inconvenience to the passengers who are already sitting inside the train. Moreover, these unreserved passengers board the train at almost every single stop (Arakkonam, Katpadi, Ambur, Jolarpettai, Kuppam and Bangarpet). As they continue stand in the reserved coaches, it is higly difficult for people who wants to get out of the train when their destination arrives and this also creates a lot of problem for IRCTC vendors who frequently move throughout the train who sell coffee, tea, snacks, biscuits, cool-drinks to the passengers. I saw this apathy on my last visit from Chennai to Bangalore on 25 April 2010. I\'m writing this complaint with such a pain. Please treat this as serious and take the necessary action accordingly.

Complainant's Goal: I want unreserveds shouldn't board reserved coaches(whatsoever condition may be)
