I have been using Train number 6589 and 6590 between SBC and BGM for more than 5 years now. I have noticed that the trains always reach the destination later than their scheduled arrival time. Especially the train 6590 should reach SBC at 07:30am but it reaches at 08:00 or 08:30. Most passengers are in a hurry to get to work, they are delayed due to the delay in arrival.

Apart from this there are many cockroaches and insects including bed bugs in the sleeper berths. This is because there is no provision for a dustbin in every compartment. People throw their waste in the compartment or outside the window.

I have a few suggestions to prevent this
1) all vendors who sell food on trains should use eco friendly material like dried leaf plates or paper plates (no plastic)
2) there should be a msg sticker on every window which say, "SAVE THE PLANET, use a dustbin dont throw garbage through the window"
3) Install Dustbins in every compartment and arrange for the railway staff to change or empty them every 4 hours of journey time.
