The steps/staircase in almost all the platforms in the Majestic (Bangalore City Junction) are dilapidated, broken and slippery. This is dangerous for the travellers especially for the elderly.

Also providing ramps will be helpful for the handicapped, elderly travellign by the wheelchair and single travellers with luggages.

Being a large city that Bangalore is and catering to so many people have staircases and ramps and even escalators will be very much appreciated by the public.

Request the immediation attention of the concerned authorities into the matter.
