Complaint by: R.SATYANARAYANA on February 4, 2010, 9:31 pm in Indian Railways
I reached Bangalore by Udyan Express 6529 on 4.2.2010, travelling by 3 TIER AC, BOGIE NO: B2.On the way, the waste disposal attendant threw all the waste collected in the compartment waste bin along the railway track when the train was moving from Yelahanka to Bangalore. He says that the authorities have told him to do so as there is no other way of disposing them when it reached Bangalore Station. It is so disgusting to hear that railways have such un-hygenic method of disposal. Cannot the concerned instruct the right way of working in Indian Railways to keep the tracks and the city clean.
Complainant's Goal: MAY INDIAN RAILWAYS INSTRUCT THEIR STAFF,THE RIGHT WAY OF WASTE DISPOSAL
Complainant's Target: South Western Railway
