Dear Sir in yeshwanthpur railway station especially in reservation center the clerk and supervisor does not give respect to senior citizen last week my Grand Father Went to book a ticket to Chennai for a important operation to my grand mother the ticket should be taken to my grand mother and my aunty they both was going to Chennai but on behalf of they both my grand father Named Venkatachlam.s aged above 65 years he went to book the ticket he first went to railway station and clearly clarified his doubt from inquiry counter in notice board also they had mentioned clearly that one proof of document should be given to tatkal ticket that to xerox copy not the original and the original should be shown only at the time of traveling but in yeshwanthpur railway station they ask the original document but at the mien time my grand father not took the original so they not provided the ticket and scold in bad words and sent him back this should been taken seriously by the concerned officer and should do the need full like punish the clerk and supervisor or should be learn how to give respect to senior citizen .
main point: Yeshwanthpur Railway station Reservation Center supervisor and clerk are very very bad and they take commission from agent and work so please concerned person should do the need full or i will complain to police
