BlackBerry India - Harassment beyond Limits

Hi,

My name is Swati Sharma. I have purchased Blackberry Bold 9900 on 11/09/11 from Krishna Watch Co. Begum Pul Meerut. I started facing the problem from the first week after the purchase. I went for Blackberry because 'It' has big name but unfortunately it did not work for me .The problems I am facing are as follows_
1_Continuous hanging(You can't make or pick call how much emergency is there)
2-SoS problem(Blackberry services require sos)
3-Poor performance of battery(why have you given apps when phone cant take it)
4-continuous harassment by the service center people(after purchase it has become our moral duty to give regular attendance there)
I went to the service center on 9.10.11. for the above mentioned problems and they updated the software and for battery related problem they told me that all the users of Bold9900 are facing the same hence it is possible BLACKBERRY might call back all the hand sets but I did'nt get the bait that I have been fooled.When I compelled the service center people to change the battery fortunately backup increased.Since then our phone has twice been updated but there is hardly any day that I could make calls without taking out the battery four or five or sometimes eight times a day.When I reported the matter to the service center and asked them to change the handset they bluntly replied that it is against the policy handset can be changed within a month of purchase.But the question is why did not they tell the same on the very first day of the complaint.
If anyone is reading this mail of a harassed buyer then I want to ask a simple question does Blackberry fool everyone or I have been trapped by the big name
Well its appearing to me as if I have thrown 32000INR in a gutter.Sorry to say but BLACKBERRY'S services are really pathetic and in near future I will not do any sort of transaction with such a "BIG" brand.

Dear sir

I have purchased a blackberry mobile phone model 9810 , IMEI no 35********85518 for Rs 26500.00 on 9.12.2012 the quality of hand set was so poor that paint on hand set has already out from upper frame i request you to please look into the matter and get my hand set replaced or otherwise I will recommend others not to purchase blackberry hand set in india
