NATURE OF COMPLAINT :- LOSS OF PEACE OF MIND

DATE OF INCIDENT : 03-October-2012 TIME- 17:17, Place- BYAPPANAHALLI RAILWAY STATION, BANGALORE.

Name of Employee: Mr SARKAR

1) I Deepak S is a regular commuter from Byappanahalli to Bangalore City(Distance - 11km) and the ticket fare is Rs 2/-.
2) As i approached to buy the ticket, the ticket issuing authority stated that people buying Rs 2/- are buying beggars ticket.
3) And also used abusive language and intentionally insulted me and other co-passengers by comparing us to some of the beggars who were standing at a distance from the counter.
4) I was deeply hurt by the conduct of the railway employee, but i restrained myself so that there may be no breach of public peace.
5) I then asked the personal name in order to complaint to higher officials he disclosed his name as Mr. SHANKAR. Which is false. And later we came to know that his name is SARKAR(ORIGINAL NAME).He tried to misguide me by giving me wrong name.
