I feel i am cheated as i got almost nothing what was promised in the resort facility.
I blindly believed yatra and without verifying it i just booked the resort.

The hotel is located very far from Mandarmoni beach more than 2 kms but written only .5 kms and everytime we had to arrange vehicle to reach to beach and hotel is not arranged their vehicle.

Hotel dont have Wifi faciity which is highlighted so we faced connectivity issue.

No health club or gym present in hotel and swimming pool is not maintained at all as eye issue started with too much chlorine water.


We believe yatra should validate first and put details in their web page to stop this king of cheating and return my money back.

I made a reservation at Hotel kanishka, Mysore from 18/12/15 to 21/12/15 via yatra.com so as to attend a scientific conference. I made the complete payment on 19th November (29 days before date of check-in). I got conformation mail from this self advertised "India's No.1 Travel website". On calling the hotel, i was told that no such reservation was made. I contacted yatra.com (not a toll free number, and you have to spend a minimum of Rs. 10/- call as their employees take a long time to search for details). I was told that within 2 days they would confirm with the hotel and I need not worry about the same. On 7th December, 11 days before my check-in (nearly 18 days after receipt of conformation mail), I got an email from them stating that the Hotel I reserved was sold out completely and I would be "rehabilitated" in another Hotel called Bhagyalakshmi yatri nivas. When I called the customer care, they told that this Hotel was just 1 km further from the prior hotel (but further from my conference site). I agreed to the same, as I had only 10 days left and didn't intend to complicate my travle further. But then, the next day, I received a text message that my reservation at Hotel kanishka has been reconfirmed. I again called the customer care and was told that it was an error and they would confirm my booking at the new hotel in 10 minutes. I did not receive a mail till the next day, until I got a mail that which provided a link for new hotel. But this again was the prior hotel. Iam totally confused and is mentally tortured due to these consistent fraudulent acts. I am now moving to the cyber crimes division and consumer court as my chance of attending the conference (for which I paid Rs.8000) is jeopardized. I urge no one to book their travel and accomodarion through this fraudulent site.
