Xolo - Xolo Company Is Not Repairing Or Replacing My Cell

Hello Sir,

I have purchased a cell named Xolo X900 from an online portal on 1-March-2013. Cell started to create issues after sometime only. I had registered a complain on their service center number that is 1********104 on 13-06-2013 registered under case id 310000069324. The customer executive promised me that the cell will be picked up in 24 hours and there were no representative of their for next 17 days who came and picked up my cell for repairing. After so many calls and complains to their manager on 1-07-2013 my cell was picked up and they told me that it will be returned after 5 working days. After that my cell was returned after 10-15 days that after numerous calls and complains. But the thing that i found was they had damaged my cell during repairing and the problems i had with the cell weren't solved they were as before. After again calling their manager numerous times they registered my complain under case id 310000084319 on 22-07-2013. I was been told to drop the cell at their local pick up center in Vadodara from where it will be sended for repairing to Mumbai. I did so and today is 29-08-2013 and after more than one month they aren't interested in replacing my cell with other cell.

On calling their customer care executive he said that it has some serious processor issues and will take to repair it 10 to 20 days.

I have been calling them and i have recorded many calls from several calls that i had done.

Here are the issues
- Cell loses network on its own without any use. No matter which sim or operator i use.
- On using net, some app or playing a game it heats upto more than 40 degree celsius and loses network.
- To regain network i have to restart cell. And this happens more a dozen time in day.
- Upon charging too it heats up and loses network.
- Hangs a lot and touchscreen freezes.
- Upon pressing the unlock button the screen freezes sometimes.
- Mic has issues and if i speak something the person on other end can't listen to me.

Sir they have been harassing me for the past TWO AND A HALF MONTHS. And now even if i call to complain to their manager they don't come on phone and just keep me on hold for more then half hour until i disconnect.

Sir please help me. My cell is only 5 months old from which for two and half month i haven't even been able to use it.

Complainant's Goal: A replacement with their another model or my money back.
