I have sent a mail 16-17 days ago to the nodal officer and the managers working in icici bank.also i have lodged a complaint on icici bank website to nodal officer but there is no response till now.it has been more than 1month i am facing problem with bank with the opening of account and installation of edc machin due to the fake commitments from the bank official.below given is the details of the complain
I am fed up from the wrong commitments from your sales representative at Icici bank rajendra nagar.10 days ago i visited the branch to open a current account.i was told about the smart business plan current account.i also wanted the pos machine (gprs) for my business.i enquired for the same.i was told that the machine will be at security deposit of rs 4000 and there will be no monthly rental.later after one or two day when i went to open the account i was told that the charges are charges then after that i asked them to sort out the matter for charges.so again after that i asked for the charges and the person again told new charges for the edc machine.each and evry time they changed the charges.finally now on21/11/16 i had a talk with the bsm mr ashutosh and merchant services head mr ramesh chandra they told me that they will provide the gprs machine at rs700 monthly rental with no security charges and hence commited the same.Next day i called the salesperson mr ashwani to open the account ie on 22/11/16 and before openjng the account i confirmed the edc charges so the person told me they will provide the plan.now on 23/11/16 the person mr ramesh is calling me and saying that we cant provide that plan.means are YOU BANKERS MAKING FOOL OF US -THE CUSTOMERS.THE BSM ASHUTOSH IS NOT EVEN PICKING THE PHONE .i was assured for unlimited free cash withdrawals at all atms.i didnt get the same.are you people fooling us by giving wrong commitments.after giving the cheque and documents you are not giving what was committed ...ARE YOU MAKING JOKE OF US???OPENING ACCOUNT IN SUCH A REPUTED BANK AND GETTING FAKE COMMITMENTS..I WANT A COMPENSATION FOR ALL THE WRONG COMMITMENTS BY THE BANK.ELSE i have TO APPROACH THE CONSUMER COURT FOR THE grievance.
I want a proper compensation or what i was commited by the bank...
