I am consumer no 21395.They had charged trice in june 11.I had written several letters to helpdesk ,appealate ,nodal officers etc to refund the excess amount .No reply. In agust their was no connectivity for ten days .I had vdemanded compensation but no reply .The technician who comes to attend the complaints do not take acknowledgement .Why Firm is not adering to consumer satisfaction norms
