Had given my I20 for paid service on 21st April. I got shocked when received the same. lot of sounds are coming from the vehicle which were not there earlier. Upon complaining, nobody turned up. They nigher taken any feedback. They did not respond to my continuous phone call. After so much of hue and cry, i received a phone call but in vain. The person who was on phone tried to establish that what ever complaint i am facing now were persisting prior to service. I am really scared, we give our vehicle with a certain amount of trust and this is purely breach of trust.

In the event f paid service i had paid 6800/- ( aprox ) on 21st April. After spending so much hard earned money i received my vehicle in a bad condition. Despite of my several follow ups nobody is bothered.

I have written mail to the highest authority Mr. BS Seo, but still no response.

I am using Hyundai cars for last 12 years and a proud owner but with such experience, i am sure it has shaken my confidence. I am a proffessional and i don't have time to follow up things again and again.

please take up the matter suitably and get me my vehicle with the same condition that was before servicing. I would prefer to get it repaired from a road side garage rather then Hyundai authorized service center. At least i will not be felt cheated as there may not be the trust.

Will wait for 3 days or else will move to National Consumer redressal form.

Hope still there is a light to establish the faith which i had gathered in last 12 years.
