I purchased this handset at Jetlite counter, and it is a defective piece, I have to take my phone all the way to their worli location to have them take a look and only then they will repair or replace it.
I am not satisfied with the customer service either.
I paid 4000Rs. for it but untill today not been able to use the phone.
