We have purchased Kepro make inverter based machine 2 nos. under warranty of 1 year on dt. 29/12/2010.
On dt. 17/12/2011 we have informed Kepro that one of the machines has stopped working, but there is no action taken by the Company. After that lot of reminders has been given to them and no interest shown by them.
Because of irresponsible attitude for more than 3 months our production hampering badly.
We would like to take immediate action against this Company, and want to know public that such equipments are to be bought carefully

We have received a threatening letter, that complaint against M/s Kepro Tools & Equipments P Ltd is false.
We have replied to M/s Kepro Tools & Equipments to give us supporting documents that our complaint is false. We have in hands, all the documents in which they've promised to repair the machine and they failed to do it even after three months.
