On 21-02-2019 I serched for samsung washing machine repair centers on google and got a No. 0********00. When I called them they and spoke to one Ms. Dakshanini, she said they are authorized Samsung Service Center and registerd my complaint for repair of washing machine vide H0210290001. They after they gave the technician No. ********91 and said he will come and repair the washing machine. As soon as the technician came he took out the PC board and said he will get this repaird and took Service charges of Rs. 400/- and gave the attached bill. On 22-02-2019 the technician called me and said it will cost Rs. 6000/-. So we said we do not want to get it repaired and asked hime to return our PC board. However, the technician demanded Rs. 1000/- for returning the unrepaired board and we refused to give it as they had not done any repair work and had already taken the entire service charges. From then on we are calling him to return the board but he has not return the board till today. When we call the call center Ms. Dakshaini kept on dragging that they will return. But till today they have not returned our PC board. When I called up today and told if not retuned I will be forced to give police complaint, Ms. Dakshaini said that they will not return the board and that I can do what ever I want. We have been cheated by the call center people i.e. Ms. Dakshainin and their technician. Please help us to get the PC board back and take appropriate action against the culprits. Sorry could not upload the copy of bill. But the address given above is taken from the bill and I do not know the address of call center.
