In yr 2008 I had taken one policy (no. 01076870 kotak child advantage plan) from kotak mahindra old mutual life insurance limited. which was according to kotak agent it was market based but later i came to know that this policy was not on market based. After 5 yrs of successful running of policy the astt. manager (Ms Aastha) of chandigarh branch called me and said the policy which u are carrying is not a good policy and this is sold by agent for his personal interest so u surrender this policy and the surrender value (Rs 70988/-) will be given to u but before that u have to buy a new policy which is good one so i bought the new policy (no. 02599047 kotak endowment plan) on 27-08-2012 but the bank is not giving me my surrender value. First they said payment will be released from 6-9 months and said that a letter will be issued to u in this regard but till now i have not received any letter and when i called her she was not present and her assistant said me that the payment will be released on 27 th jan 2013 but i didn't received any payment. When i called them again they said that due to holidays the payment was delayed so u will get the same on 4 th feb 2013 but till now i have not received any payment and now they are not talking to me when i call in branch the person says that Ms Aastha is on leave and her assistant(Mr. Amit sharma and Mr R M kapoor) is not present and call later, so which means that they are ignoring me and not want to listen me so kindly take action as quickly as possible and help me to receive my surrender money because i need it urgently as i have made many commitments on the basis of this money and which will remain unfruitful due to not releasing of money
