I am abhijith, I met with an accident with my scooter (HONDA DIO) before 3 months. My scooter was damaged and for the servicing and repairing, I submitted the bike to the service center i.e ZODIAC HONDA , near Rly.Station Jn. , Kottarakara. Tel : 0474 2452929, Mob: 0********80. But I have been facing lot of problems with the servicing.
Sir, after 1 month i got a call from zodiac honda that your scooter is repiered and you can come and get it... I went there and i saw that scooter is again look like the same after the accident.... Those peoples in the service center again damaged my scooter with an accident..... Then those people said that they will do some patches on the scrached parts and they they will give it..... Is it the way you are treating the coustemers?? It is been 3 months and even i didnt get the first service..... Then i contacted the service manager of kollam showroom ie, PANACHAMOOTTIL HONDA , KOLLAM, From where i had took my scooter. He said that they will change the whole parts that is damaged. Then i said the same and now they are telling that there is no parts in stoke . And now its been half of a month they are playing with my valuable time and money..... Sir then one day i went to the showroom and i shocked by seeing the scene some other guy is taking my scooter and went for ride.... And he came back after 15 –20 min.... What should i do???
It’s going to be 3 months and still the scooter is in same condition despite of the Insurance Claim also being passed and my continuous visits to the service center as well.
I have called up the registered office for the complaint also but no response was there from their side also.
The executives from the service center are continuously saying the same thing from back 3 Months that the parts of the scooter ( honda dio) is not available and so other repairs could not go on and I am fed up with the service of the company. They always give us a distinct date and when we visit the center, the scooter is in same condition and they are ready with the same words as well that the “PARTS are not availableâ€.
The employees in the service center dont even have the sense how to treat and communicate with the customers. They are just ready to fight with any customer and Such a bad service has been provided to me by the company that I am really fed up and In future, I will definitely not be buying any of the products of the Honda and suggest others what they did with me that you should not buy the same as well.
I hope from your medium, I can get my work done as they have been harassing me up despite of my continuous nearby 15 visits to the service center, nothing has been done.
Please help me out to get rid of this issue.
