As a pedestrian I was standing at footpath at Building More waiting for my friend and just looking the working of
Traffic Personnel while i was charged by the on duty traffic police as to why i was standing there with a harsh voice
which made me disturb in my normal thinking.
Complainant's Goal: instead of helping me , on-duty traffic police wanted to be far away from them
Complainant's Target: on duty traffic police at 10.00hrs dt 20/1/2013
