Binani Cement Ltd. - Unwanted Deduction on account of GPRS Downloads

From past 10 To 15 Days my balance has been deducted unwantedly on account of GPRS download from my service provider i.e Idea Cellular Ltd.
Two times they have admitted the mistake and refunded me my balance, but after that again on 16-07-2011 my Rs. 10/- deducted wrongly on a/c of GPRS game download.
Customer care executives are not ready to here my complains, i have made calls to 198 & 12345 Customer cell many times but they after hearing my complain disconnect the phone.
I am using idea service from past 3 to 4 years but now i find necessary to change the service provider after such an mental torcher.
My Cell no. is 0********06.
Complainant's Goal: I want my money back, and no further wrong deductions.
Complainant's Target: Binani Cement Ltd.
