I deposited my car make Alto no PB03J 2981 with M/s Krish Automotors Pvt Ltd, on 01 Apr 12 for paid servicing. The vehicle was returned to me the same day stating it as FIT. However the next day I found that the self start was missing on applying self which was one of the complaints during servicing and for which the ignition switch and all spark plugs were replaced. The veh was sent back to the service centre on 13th apr after which I got a call from the company, that the wiring of the veh had gone bad and also the battery and both were reqd to be replaced. The same were replaced in a most unprofessional and irresponsible manner which I wish to report to the top Maruti Suzuki Management about their auth service centre. About 7-8 ltrs of petrol was also removed from my car.
All concerned are requested to take action.
