Loopmobile - Unacceptable Service

Hi,

I , Abdul Sameer Shaikh- using Loopmobile connection since a long time (********84) and was very much happy with the service & the schemes except the customer care service. I have notice every time that the agents sitting in the customer care to help the customer are very arrogant & argumentive. Moreover the supervisors and the TL's who are suppose to take escalation calls of unsatisfied customer are the worst. They never take any escalation call- I always wonder is there any 1 to monitor them? I must be using the Loop connection since 10 years- i guess and I think only once successful transfer was done from agent to Supervisor, because every time agents tell the supervisors are busy and disconnect the call from their side orelse they tell they are transferring the call and after hold call automatically gets drop. I am also working in telecom industry (Vodafone) and knows about every thing - how everything works. The supervisors must be dropping the call when its transfer to them. I am very much frustated from 10 years only due to this. request you to please look into the matter and keep an eye on it.

The main reason is that before 2-3 weeks I call to customer care to check which service is active but agent told no service is active and yesterday also the executive told system is down and no service is active. But today morning I receive a sms that 20rs is charged and from morning twice I called but not got resolution and 2nd time agent told he is transferring call to supervisor but after hold call got drop.
Therefore I request you to reverse my a/c with the amount deducted and want acknowledgement that from next time supervisor will take my escalation call.

Hi,

i am very disappointed that, I have register a complaint on 7th Oct & till yet I havent received a single revert from any side.

Any how I want my reversal back, every escalation calls should be handle by Supervisor & action against both -the agent who has given false commitment that service will deact & will get reversal & the Supervisor Sandeep- who was arrogant & dropped my call in between the interaction.

As I am planning to write a mail to TRAI.

Hi,

Still waiting for revert. As on 9 Sep'11, I again called to customer care- to know the status of my complaint to deactivate the Joke service & get my balance back. But the agent informed that there is no kind of complaint registered and will not get reversal.
At the same time I spoke with Sandeep -Supervisor, but his way of talking was really worst. Sandeep told that there is no complaint & request taken by the executive, and I will not get reversal of my balance.

I just want a acknowledgement call, directly from the operation manager or assistant manager. As I am planning to file a case in TRAI regarding this type of service.

Waiting for a urgent revert.
