I had booked tickets to Ahmedabad for my parents through this website on 27th July2010 for travel date 18th Sep. & return 23rd Sept, first they mailed me the tickets only on 2nd September after repeated calling on their customer care number which was a real pain and after that due to some medical emergency we had to cancel our tickets on 16th Sept. and I was told that I would get the refund in 15 days but since its been close to 2 months now and I have been repeatedly calling their accounts deptt/ customer care wasting so much time and they are not refunding me the amount, every time I call and they say plz give us your number and we will call you back in 30 mins but they never call.
They are simply harassing me, I'm not a free man sitting who can waste so much time calling customer cares every now and then.
I think fraudulent companies like travelchacha.com should be banned from doing business.

THREE YRS BACK A GIRL NAMED ESHA CALLED ME UP TO START A TRAVEL BUSINESS WITH TRAVELCHACHA .COM I BECAME THEIR PARTNER AFTER PUTTING AN AMOUNT OF RS. 100000 IN THEIR ACCOUNT. I BOOKED 5 OR 6 TICKETS AFTER THAT MY DUE AMOUNT LEFT IN THE ACCOUNT WAS 10110 AND THEIR WEBSITE HAS FAILED DUE TO TECHNICAL PROBLEM. I COULD OPEN THE WEBSITE WITH MY USERNAME PASSWORD AND LOG IN ID BUT WHEN I REACH DELHI AND WENT TO THEIR OFFICE, AFTER KNOWING MY AGENCY ID THEY BLOCKED IT AND WAS UNABLE TO LOG IN AND I AM NOT ABLE TO SHOW THEM THE DETAILS. AND INSTEAD OF I GETTING ANGRY WITH THEM THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY STARTED THREATENING ME THAT HE WILL BEAT ME UP AND THROW ME OUT OR EVEN KILL ME. SINCE MY SMALL BROTHER WAS THERE WITH ME I COULD NOT CHALLENGE THEM FOR A FIGHT. PLEASE HELP ME TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM. THREATENING OTHERS STATE PEOPLE BY DELHITES. I AM FROM MANIPUR. AND THERE ARE SO MANY PEOPLE FROM DELHI IN MANIPUR DOING BUSINESS. IF I START TREATING THEM LIKE THE WAY HE TREATED ME, WHAT WILL BE THE CONSEQUENCES.
