hi,
I am started travelling from allahbad to delhi just now in train no. 4217/ unchahar express on 26/07/10 on birth no. A1 001 . When i entered in coach i saw the coach with full of garbage and mosquitos,house bee . Then i asked the officials what happen here and how they can manage the things . They didn't give me any satisfied answer and went off . So what that mean madam is not managing the things and she has to take action about this or other wise she can resign from her post.
