Complaint by: M.P.SIVASUBRAMANI on October 23, 2010, 10:43 am in Indian Railways

Sir
Daily I travel from Arakkonam to Mukundarayapuram by Arakkonam-Vellore passenger. It starts at Arakkonam by 07:05 AM. The distance between Arakkonam to Mukundarayapuram is approximately 44 KM. To cover this distance it takes one hour and 20 minutes with 6 stoppages and making the journy tedious. Every day office staff attend late and so many man hour is lost as we are mainly depending on this train. Every day i feel it is painfull to attend office with late, and my anger raises when the clock struck 08:05 AM. This train may be very convenient to School, College students and general commuters. Where as people working in Industry, the loss of man hours is loss to the Organisation and Nation. Hence the Train may be efficently run to reach Mukundarayapuram by 08:00 AM. Alternatively KOVAI Express ( Chennai-Coimbatore ) Stoppage at Mukundarayapuram in one direction may alleviate the problem faced by working employees without considering earning to Railways.
In the return direction, we have many alternatives and late running of trains will not have any impact.

Complainant's Goal: Attend office in Time.
Complainant's Target: Engineering Organisation

I support this complaint. The railway officials of Arakkonam are very poor in reacting to customer complaints. Arakkonam is one of the oldest and biggest junctions in india. But it is not the case to feel such. Im a professional working in a private concern. I really know how it hurts and pains when i go late to office. but still i'm depending on arakkonam trains for my travel. I also want to inform the railway officials that all are being watched by the Almighty God. Today they may think that whatever they do is good and as per their convenience. But one day they will be paid for what they were in their lifetime.
