Tradus is a online store which doesn't even have a customer-care number. This is the 4th-5th issue from Tradus sellers regarding partial delivery. They write Qty as Two on the packet and inside Quantity is One... I ordered two "John Smith watches" amounting to Rs 778 so I should have received two watches but when I opened the packet I found only one worth Rs. 389, the order number is 10943195 and I can't even call Tradus as they don't have any phone number; it takes ages for them to reply by email. Please help me regarding this matter and also give a stern warning to Tradus for indulging in such cheating and forgery business... The Tradus seller's name is BasketMarketingSolution... I have been contacting Tradus several times regarding this matter for the past three weeks but nothing concrete has happened as yet except rubbish Tradus- Buyer-Protection assurances...
