Dear Sir/Madam,

My Name is Jyoti . I apply for uid card on dated 15/07/2011. Processing Period from your end 3 to 4 month.But I don’t receive my UID Card from your side. I submit all supporting document in adhaar agency. Yet some card which create after july in my locality is received. If there is any mistake/wrong from card then it is your duty to confirm me for mistake or wrong.my contact number is ********17.my email id is jpsiddharth29@ymail.com . This card is needed to many process as an important document. Please sort my card problem as early as possible.
