my mobile(zen x 381) is switing off automatically and service center in latur repair my mobile 3 times and the solution doesnot come and they said they is no solution to your problem. so quickly replace my mobile and this is my request to zen mobile company.plz replace my mobile fast i am to forsteted.plz give solution fast my no.********57.

Hi there.
I purchase a Zen mobile phone Model M 29 on 13-07-2014 form United Telecom, B-1/145 New Kondli, Main Road, Delhi -96, India.
That is to my utter shock and surprise the phone starts switching off automatically after a week and after some time it stopped charging. So, I went to the service center at Sai Mobile Care 1648, Opp. Police station, Gandhi Nagar, Delhi. They took my phone for repairing and convince me that they will return the phone within two days and my issue will be resolved. But after two days, I am going continuously to them on daily basis to get my phone back but they are saying that they sent the phone to the manufacturing company for repair. Now, its almost a month and they are not returning the phone.
So, I request you to kindly intervene in the matter and ask them to provide me the refund for the phone or give me my phone back as soon as possible otherwise I will be compelled to knock the court of law at their own risk, cost and consequences.
