Since 07th July 2010 I have made 10 complaints to the Sundirest customer care department. However so far no complaint has been attended. Without attending any of those complaints I have received a message ststing that your complaint is closed. I am surprised to see, how they are closing all the complaints without attending even a single complaint.

I hereby request the other cutomers of Sundirect who are facing the similar problems to come forward and submit their views, so that we can take up the matter with consumer court.

Even the call centre executives don't behave properly. It is the most tiring business to talk to any call centre executive of Sundirect. I had a bitter experience with one of the call centre executive on 02 Aug 2010. One Mr. Pawan the call centre executive has put my phone call on hold for more than 15 minutes and cut off the call after that. They have to understand that the customers are paying for the call made to them, and it is not a toll free number after all.

I shall appreciate if he concerned person in Sundirect can take appropriate action against Mr. Pawan as per the provions available.

If Sundirect is unavble to provide services any more why don't they inform the customers the same directly. Instead of repeatedly telling the coustomers that, there is a satelite problem, shall be better if you disconnect everyhting from the home so that we can approach the other service providers.

Kindly make arrangement to collect all the items of Sundirect from my home after making all the due payments. I don't want to keep somethingh at my home for prolonged period, which never works or the complaints are never being attended.
