TATA Indicom - Tatadocomo/tataindicom raising bills every month for #s surrendered 18 months bk

This is to bring to your kind notice of a malpractice by tata docomo services, they have been sending me regular bills for my numbers ********50 & ********66 under account # ********0
which were surrendered more than 18months back. I had personally visited the tatdocomo/taaindicom outlet and surrendered the sim as well as other documents as required by them for both the numbers.

The best part is I received bill for the other numbers in the same account number and this number use to show 0.00 usage hence it proved that it has been disconnected.
I requested them to delete it from my account but they said it is not required as it is being billed zero already now.

But to my surprise the very next month on-wards they started billing me again and when I complained they did nothing and the same has been happening for this whole period now.
I have to make the payments as there are other numbers being used in the same account and they disconnect all the numbers if I don't make the payment.

I humbly request you to please help me out of this situation as this is daylight robbery.
