C Vikraman - Tampered Autorickshaw meter in Hyderabad

On 19.11.2011,I hired an autorickshaw No.AP12-V5146 from Himayat Nagar to Ved Vihar(backside gate), Subhash Nagar,Trimulgerry and the meter showwd Rs.94/-.
Normally, the same distance is metered Rs.82/84 (even I travelled on 16/17-11.2011 paid Rs.82/- and 84/-)
I am quite sure that the meter is tampered. When I confronted the Driver about the meter position even he agreed to accept Rs.90/- and coolly left after taking Rs.90/ from me.
Strict action may be initiated against the owner of the Autorickshaw including cancellation of permit.
