i submitted the cell phone nokia n-96 to the spice hotspot in east of kailash on 26-july-2010 , with a minor fault , reson was the spekar was not working proply and they had ruined my phone now the display is not workig and they are saying that it is unrepairble , i had bought that phone for rs. 34500 and they are saying that they can reimburse only 15800 now according to me it is not my fault it the store`s fault .
