I was travelling to my office on January 17 ,2017 in a BMTC Bus no 505E/2,i took this bus from agara to new horizone college bus stop,my mobile phone was with me till 9:30..when i got down from bus i searched my phone which i kept in my bag was not there in bag..i tried calling at 9:45,but it was switched off,and i got to know that phone is stolen,i have used my phone just for 3 months,i filed a complaint in HAL Police Station,i went tp police station but no response,only police has the authority to search phones from IMEI Numbers but i was helpless they didnt take FIR and told me to file e-lost complaint on App,if a person has only one phone how can that person file Complaint on APP????it was very disapponting,
