I would like to share my experience with you all. I got a job in Bangalore and I had to look out for a PG. I ended up in this PG by chance and it was a Nightmare! The first meeting with the Owner Ms.Sheela , she was very polite and promised a decent stay with an TV in every room and a fast Wi-Fi. She took an advance from me (5500 rental for 2 sharing + 2000 advance out of which 1000 was refundable). She showed me the room and went away. The same night I realized that the entire PG was infested with Bugs of all kinds, Cockroaches, Lizards & BED BUGS!!! Adding to that the food that they provided was limited to 2 chapatis and a morsel of Rice with some liquid they called sambar which was bland water. I CHECKED AND THE WATER THAT THEY USE TO COOK IS THE WATER FROM THE UNCLEAN TANK WHICH STORES WATER FOR THE BATHROOM.
I will request you all NOT TO CHOOSE this PG as she never pays back the promised 1000 refund and as well starts abusing , yelling and uses foul language if you ask for any facility.
Good : Location
Bad : Food , Infested with Bed-Bugs, No Wi-fi connectivity (Almost dead 900/- plan for 40 rooms with 80 tenants), No Dish (Additional 150 per month if required), No food on Sunday Evening/Night.
5500 rupees + 2000 advance when most of the PG rates are from 3500 - 5000 and advance is 1000.
*** Owner is too Greedy for money and does not pay back the promised refund. ***
Ms. Sheela walks into the Mens PG rooms uninformed at 11 PM or 12 PM saying that she is checking and is unapologetic to the disturbance that she creates.
I REQUEST YOU ALL TO BE AWARE OF THIS GODFORSAKEN HELL AND YOU HAVE MANY BETTER OPTIONS AROUND THE SAME PLACE. I MADE A MISTAKE OF JOINING THIS PG. YOU BE SAFE!!
