It was 12/05/09 7.55 PM, I was at Karampura Nalah Bridge (between pujabi bagh and moti nagar) with my child and wife with luggage. My bike petrol was finished. At 7.56PM I had called to Speed Dial 4314 4314, where i had registered my bike few month ago. The executive comitted me 25 minutes (while at the time of registration they told me maximum time 15 minutes), but the mechanic did not reached, i again called after 30 minutes he asked me for another 10 minunts saying mechanic is on another call. - i again called this time he said that mechanic is on the way from Rohini - i asked for mechianic\'s Mobile No. It was almost 9.15 PM my child was slept at road side, myself and my wife were waiting for mechanic. Twice police came and asked us the reason for standing at road side.

I had called on mechanic\'s mobile - it was surprising to know that the mechenic was in the que to fill the CNG in his vehicle and more shocking was that he told me that it will take minimum 45 minutes. Now, i again called up to speed dial, he advised me to wait for mechanic. When i shouted on him and said to go to Consumer Cell, he simly answered me - JO KAR SAKTE HO KAR LO, HUMNE COMPANY SOCH SAMAJH KAR HI KHOLI HAI.

Leaving my wife and child alone there at 9.30 pm which is a big risk, i took a auto and bring the petrol in my child water bottle.

Please suggest, what to do to go to consumer cell or if is there any other solution.
