I have submitted my Sony Xperia z on 11-09-2015 due to screen breakage. They told me it will take 5 days for making the estimate for job and it will take 1 or max 2 week to get my phone repaired.
And then they have given me the estimate of my phone on 21-09-2015 which was late by 5 days already . After that they texted me to collect my phone on 30-09-2015 . But when i went to collect my phone on 01-10-2015 they told me to wait for next monday because of delay in courier service.
After that when i went on 03-10-2015 because they called me again to collect my phone then when i reached their office they told me that my phone has been broken in the courier trasfer from chandigarh office. So this is happend with me and i paid than 10060 rs for the repair .Now it has been 11-10-2015 and my phone is still not repaired .So this is sony India .Now what can i do, I dont know.
