I have submitted my sony xperia Z1 on 25th sept 2014 at Aar Vee service center (Sony service center). Address - Shop no 1 /2 , west wing Ground floor , 393 sir mangal das house, Beside hotel vasant bhuvan Grant east , Mumbai : 400004 Phone No - 022-43403400 Job No - W1140******** Its almost 28 days now. And service center person told me that they will return my phone within 10-12 days. But I haven''t got yet. Whenever I call they use to say it will come in 3-4 days. I call regularly for same and they give same reply. Please help me.
